Anti-Spam Policies

Master Web Designers has a strict policy regarding spam. All domains hosted on our servers are obligated to abide by our terms of use. All visitors to any domains hosted on our servers are likewise obligated to abide by our terms.

Anti-Spam Policies

Emails that are marketing unsolicited services and/or products are considered to be spam. No visitor or client is to send any bulk amounts of emails through our server.

Sending individual soliticitations to individuals that are likely to want your services are acceptable; excessive traffic, however, will warrant investigation.

All domains on our server must implement the following measures on all form mail and guestbook functions:

Image Turing - use a server-side script to generate images with randomly embedded text that from email users must accurately copy to prove they are not spam bots.
Anti-Spam Software - use commercial software (such as Spam Assasin) or another equally effective spam detection system in form mail evaluation.

Furthermore, domains on our server may not post mass quantities of email addresses on directory pages and/or guestbooks.

Failure of Compliance

All clients on the server prior to December 1, 2005 have until Janruary 2, 2006 to comply with these terms. All clients subscribing to our hosting services after December 1, 2005 must immediately comply with these terms.

Domains sending mass quantities of bulk and/or spam-like emails to our server may become blocked from all domains on our server. Clients not complying with our Anti-Spam policies may lose their ability to send and/or receive any form of mail through the server.
